By now most of you that applied for this years WSOB should have received e-mails requesting a 3-5 minute video of yourself.

Remember they need to be post marked out by this Sat. 1/28/2006. I just don't want anyone missing out because they didn't send their infomation in on time.

Mine is already done.

I'm hoping to win a seat next week in Tulsa, but I'm not taking any chances, I am also sending in everything they ask for, when they ask for it.

Good luck to everyone applying or that has already won a seat for this years show.

I expect that to be the case. Of course, if I were GSN, I'd probably bring back last year's finalists, so that eats up as many as half the invite seats.

GSN & Griffin

I'm praying that they dont sell the information of the players that do not make the WSOB to Griffin Investigations...

Don't worry

GSN won't do that and they even allow players to wear disguises when they play and play under an alias if they want.

I don't think they would sell your info to casinos.

Hell most of us use our real names and no disguises, but it is up to you and how bad you want to play for $500,000 1st prize.

Just wait

I had a few friends contact me about what to do to get on this years WSOB. This is what I told everybody that asks.

Friendly advice, don't call GSN about the WSOB selections. They have to wait until all the winning qualifiers are in before making there final selection.

The lucky ones selected probally won't be until around Feb. 13th. Calling can only hurt your chances of getting on the show. They will be very busy over the next few weeks preparing for the show. We were contacted about two weeks before the show last time.

If you really want to increase you chances just send in what they ask for when they ask for it.

Good luck everyone, I hope to win a seat next week in Tulsa or I'll be holding my breath along with the rest of you.

Shazame!

Welllllllllll golllllllly, that saying "You Gotta Talk to Them Cards" sure sounds familar.

I may Skip over a few names and see if I can figure out who Dreamer is...LOL

Flame on...

Yeah, after the UBT i notice he dropped the whole 'Bad Boy of Blackjack LV' thing once he saw that despite the clown suit, there's only one real, undisputed bad boy -- and now it seems he's finally accepted the fact that him winning another blackjack tournament only exists in Dreams...

Hey Cowboy. Good to hear from you again.. As for you Hollyweed, you can talk all the TRASH you want, but I'm not going to be drawn in to all your nonsensical crap, nor are you going to bring me down to your level...

Yes I'm a Dreamer, and will continue to dream about all sorts of things until the day I die... Most of which are so much more important then winning a Blackjack tournament.

When we stop "dreaming", we die figuratively and literally.

Good luck guys on possible selection to the WSOB. Remember that life goes on whether we're selected or not.

Make it a fantastic day!

Skipper

You gotta dream

I agree about dreaming Skipper, everyone of us here dreams of hitting that big tournament among other things.

As far as Dave (Hollywood) you know it is just his "Style" to jack with all of us. A way from the tables and for sure TV cameras, Dave is a good guy, don't let him get to you.

Hope to see you next month.

Keep dreaming my friend.

Best of Luck to Everyone.

Let's hope the 8 spots get filled by members of this site. I have everything turned in, keeping my dreams alive too that I can be one of the eight. Have to be patient and wait now.

Take Care
Capt.
