My NL team that's left

Considering my Giants couldn't pull it off the last 2 weeks of the season...I'm going for St. Louis in the NL.

So go Cards.

And Go Sharks.

And Go Warriors and Don Nelson.

And Go Titans...well, that won't happen....nevermind.

The only thing Ken had right is his post is his signature, "There's always a better bet." and that is:
THE METS!:1st: :celebrate

But tonight the Mets have to deal with Chris Carpenter, moved up a game in the schedule due to the kickoff night rainout. Go Cards!

So Ken......

I'm sure our friends in the St Louis Mafia share my feelings when I say:
Go Cardinals!

Looks like your team has made it the World Series and will be in Detroit this weekend.

Interested in a friendly wager? Who will take the Series? I get Detroit!

I have a new, John Deere Green, Owner's Edition Cap which still has the tags on it. These are limited edition and are only available when you buy a tractor. Must be worth something on eBay for sure!

I will wager this against one of your Blackjacktournament Logo Caps: Blackjacktournament Logo Caps, postage also paid by the looser.

Well, how about those Cards?

Go Tigers!

Odds

DanMayo,

You just gave odds, maybe 2, 3, 4, or more to 1. Remember Ken got his wholesale hence his signature: There's always a better bet. :)

In that case I'll include a shirt for DanMayo as well, if the Tigers win.

NO KEN!!! A seasoned gambler never gives away his odds - you of all people know that.   But you are a fair man so I guess it's OK. DanMayo can now stop sweating. ;)

Odds are about right...

I know it is just a friendly bet (for caps), and I like my BJT.com hat, but the owners John Deere is harder to come by, but since the Detroit Tigers are almost a 2 to 1 favorite to win the series I think the bet is pretty fair.

I like both teams, I think Albert Pujols is the best player in the game currently, but I like Detroit's pitching staff and Jim Leland as manager.

I wouldn't make me up set if St. Louis win's, but I think it is Detroits for the taking.

..... Pujols two run homer didn't help Verlander's cause. Good call Tex.

Back at it tonight.

Wow,

Looks like I might have to start looking for a box to ship this limited edition hat in. We better pick up a game tonight or it's all over!

Way too many playing errors by the pitchers.

Come on Tigers, let get those bats roaring!

Rally Time!
